Ava's assembler is one of the best in slot capes for ranged, only being behind the Completionist capes. It offers good bonuses and high percentage of ammo saving. It can be created by taking 75 mithril arrows, Ava's accumulator (or 4,999 coins), and Vorkath's head to Ava in Draynor Manor.
