Agility training involves a lot of point-clicking and it can take a lot of focus to maximise experience gain. Higher Agility level increases one's ability to regenerate run energy and grants access to various shortcuts. The Fit as a Fiddle relic allows for unlimited run energy and is incredibly useful before beginning training.
Marks of Grace
Marks of grace can be obtained while training on any of the Agility Courses. These can be used to purchase the pieces of the graceful outfit, recolour existing pieces of the graceful outfit or xp. Pick up the marks as soon as you see them, as they disappear after 10 minutes if not picked up. The Ardougne Rooftop Course is an exception to this however, as the marks can only spawn in one spot and will stack.
Graceful shop
The graceful shop contains six items, five pieces of Graceful and an amylase pack. See pricing below:
- Graceful hood: 35 Marks of Grace
- Graceful cape: 40 Marks of Grace
- Graceful top: 55 Marks of Grace
- Graceful gloves: 30 Marks of Grace
- Graceful legs: 60 Marks of Grace
- Graceful boots: 40 Marks of Grace
- Amylase pack: 10 Marks of Grace
Marks of Grace can also be individually turned in for 1/10 of the experience you would have received from the Graceful set bonus. Speak to Grace in the Shayzien House at home to do so.
Training
Level 1-30: Gnome Stronghold Agility Course
The Gnome Stronghold Agility Course is the only training option from level 1 to 30. It takes about 30 seconds to run the course, and it grants 86.5 base experience for a full lap.
Level 30-52: Agility Pyramid
The Agility Pyramid is the best method between levels 30 and 52. Not only does it grant a slightly better experience than the Barbarian agility course, but players also gain 250,000 (250K) gold for completing every lap by handing in the pyramid to Simon Templeton, who is located South West of the Pyramid (climb up the the climbing rocks).
Level 52-70: Wilderness Agility Course
Disclaimer: If you are a Hardcore Ironman it is advised to continue at the Agility Pyramid or use the Barbarian Agility Course instead. This is Dangerous.
Players training here should risk as little as possible because of the possibility of encountering player killers. Energy or Super energy potions are recommended, and some food is also recommended not only to defend against player killers, but also for those with low agility who will fail the course often.
Level 70-85: Prifddinas Agility Course
The Prifddinas Agility Course offers a less click-intensive training option from level 70 onwards. Alongside of marks of grace, players can find crystal shards by using portals that randomly appear around the course, which act as shortcuts. These portal shortcuts are unique to each player, and grant the player a crystal shard roughly 1/3 of the time.
Level 85-90: Advanced Gnome Agility Course
From level 85 to 90 you want to be doing the Advanced Gnome Agility Course. While it offers less experience than the Prifddinas Agility Course, it is also faster to do a lap. Therefore, players may gain less xp per lap but will gain more xp per hour training here.
NOTE: You can use Summer pies to start this course at level 80
Level 90+: Advanced Barbarian Agility Course
The highest and best Agility course is the Advanced Barbarian one. While training here players also have a chance to retrieve an Agile piece, which grants bonus experience in Agility NOTE: You can use Summer pies to start this course at level 85
