The Dark Totem is an item used to access Skotizo's lair. A Dark Totem is consumed every time Skotizo's lair is accessed, so players are unable to repeatedly farm the boss without multiple totems. The totem is created by using a Dark Totem Base, Dark Totem Middle, and Dark Totem Top together. These totem pieces are dropped in the order of base, middle, and lastly top. However, after all of these pieces are obtained duplicates of all three are still able to be dropped.
