Skotizo is a demonic boss located beneath the Catacombs of Kourend. Players can access Skotizo by using a Dark Totem on the altar found in the center of the Catacombs of Kourend. You can only fight Skotizo one time per Dark Totem use, so prepare ahead of time so you don't waste the Totem.
To get to the Skeletal Horror:
- Teleport to Silvarea via the Teleport Nexus at home
- Walk directly north
- At the north-east corner, climb-over the Bone Stile
Tips for the boss fight:
- IMPORTANT: Make sure to pick up the left arm, right arm & tail that the Skeletal Horror throws onto the ground. Pick it up quickly before it returns to the boss, else it will heal him for full health!
- Protect magic - and once the Skeletal Horror has thrown away all his arms/tail, Protect from Melee.
After the boss fight:
- Bury the Tail, Left Arm & Right Arm for some Prayer XP. (Bury these before leaving/teleporting out - else they'll be deleted from your inventory!)
