Imbued god capes can be purchased directly from Mandrith at ;;pvp for 200,000 blood money.
Alternatively you can create them with the base Mage Arena cape and the corresponding God item. These are a Justiciar's hand, Ent's roots and a Demon's heart, for the Saradomin's, Guthix and Zamorak cape respectively.
The components can be obtained as a rare drop from the Wildy Wyrm world boss.
