Red sandstone

Red sandstone is the product of Mining Red Sandstone rocks with Mining level 81. It can be made into robust glass by using the robust glass machine or the Superglass Make spell. Robust glass is then used to create 6 dose potion flasks. Mining Red Sandstone is limited to a daily limit of 50, but increases depending on the players donator rank. See Donator benefits page for details on daily limit. Elder+ donators instead mine potion flasks directly instead of Red Sandstone.

Locations

There are two locations you can mind red sandstone. Oo'glog and the Platinum+ level Donator Zone.

Oo'glog

Using the Teleport Nexus, search for the city Oo'glog.

Referencing the image below, travel to the "You are here" icon through the following two methods. You can travel using the red arrow shortcut if you have 29 Agility. Otherwise, you have to walk around following the blue arrow.

After you reach the location, you are free to mine the sandstone. The Robust Glass Machine for this location is directly on the opposite side of the wall on the city side.

Donator Zone

In the Donator Zone's second floor (Platinum+ ranks only), the smithing section has a Red Sandstone mining rock and Robust glass machine right next to a bank. This is definitely the best spot to get your daily sandstone if you have any interest in donating for the rank.

Creating Potion Flasks

Creating Potion Flasks requires 89 Crafting. All you need to turn the red sandstone into potions flasks is the sandstone and a Robust glass machine. Simply collect your red sandstone, visit one of the two robust glass machine locations listed above, left click the machine, and select the 'craft' option on the now Robust Glass.
