Update Log - 17 May 2023

General

The Eastertodt leaves us for another year, as well as the carrots sprinkled around home. Hope you all had fun with our Easter event!

Zeah Home 2.0

• Home has been fully renovated to give players a new feel and easier time traversing around.
• Following a similar design but with a more compact feel you will find hotspots such as the forge, well, spirit fairy ring, pvp zone and even the forge has been centralized.
• All shops have been moved to one main house, including ironman amenities including their GIM vault. The GIM hut still remains for familiarity reasons. They have had their stock revisited and also been tabbed up instead of between many npcs.
• Added an arena to home for events and our world boss!

Pet Perks & Xeric's Forge

• The pet system and forge have received a revamp. Alongside flexing their achievements, players will be able to tier up their pets allowing them to store perks relative to their level.
• Pet upgrade scrolls are offered in the forge allowing you to unlock the perk slots for your pet.
• Perk chests in tiers 1 and 2 are offered from the forge too, granting you with a random perk in the respective tier.
• Perks can be upgraded up to tier 3 by fusing duplicate ones together. A t2 requires 3x t1's while a t3 requires 2x t2's.
• We have implemented 60 perks that act as effective account buffs in a multitude of activities from normal combat, skilling, quality of life enhancements and most importantly pvming. Feel free to check out the full list of them here <Link to perks>
• Alongside the addition of pet perks, the xeric's forge has received a full review and revaluation on a majority of the items it allows you to sacrifice, with the goal of allowing anything of value to be exchanged for fragments.

Sunfreet

• Sunfreet has been introduced as Zeah's first global world boss. Spawning every two hours, Sunfreet offers the community a challenge that requires you to group together.
• Consisting of 9,000 HP, Sunfreet offers three phases with unique attacks in each. It is advised to avoid the flames!
• All participating players will receive a roll from Sunfreet's drop table.
• Sunfreet will grant players with the ability to activate the server's boosts on a personal or global level, alongside give the possibility to obtain the hybrid armors; Trickster, Vanguard, and Battle-mage!

Content changes

• Extra mimic loot will now roll the correct unique tables for elite and master clues.
• Anguish, Occult, Tormented and Torture ornament kits will now announce from Master clues. Master clues will now reward strung Onyx amulets instead of unstrung.
• Major enhancement to !kc command, no longer show qc icon if an incorrect npc is specified, command now uses keyword matching and string sanitization to more accurately match terms.
• Remove announcement from Brackish blade, increase defense of Rum-pumped crabs.
• The hp boost previously given by nex gear has been removed to balance pet perks.
• Added new commands to teleport around home and zeah hotspots: Colosseum, EdgePk, HomeArena, Reaper, Spellbook, Summoning, Thieving, and Well.
• You will no longer be teleblocked by the WildyWyrm
• The Locator orb can now be bought from Ava or the Culinomancer's chest for faster health depletion.
• Mystic gear will no longer announce from Brimstone chests.
• Mystery box roulette models are now sprites, fixes items looking wonky/invisible.
• All broadcasts will now also send a yell.
• Lower priority broadcasts will no longer overwrite higher priority broadcasts. (Example: star spawn will no longer overwrite an event broadcast)
• Many tasks have had gp rewards added on the Achievements interface, don't forget to collect!
• Mystery boxes have been revamped to offer a greater return on investment after gathering feedback, loot and rates have been improved.
• Enhanced Mystery Boxes have been reworked to be featured outside of a bundle and are now sold separately.
• All deals boxes have been improved alongside having their possible rewards tweaked.

Bug fixes

• If you're frozen near the KBD ladder you can no longer instantly climb up / down any tile near the ladder.
• Eternal slayer ring will now allow non-platinum donators to use the teleport feature.
• The dragon morph ring has been changed significantly to prevent bug abusers from using it to their advantage when they shouldn't.
• Fix dragonfire ward id in mystery box.
• Clicking spades at barrows now works correctly.
• Add hobgoblin champion scroll to drop table. Add ability to forge banshee, abberant spectre and mummy champion scrolls.
• Onyx bracelets and regen bracelets added to forge
• Global admin frags buff now stacks with global vote frags buff.
• Onyx amulet (u) can now be crafted into Onyx amulet.
• Diamond demon statuette is now able to be forged.
• Fixed Crystal Pickaxe and Warhammer on the server store.
• Vamp aura will now function properly in the wilderness.
• UIM with endless harvest will now get noted fish when fishing.
• "All registered" task replaced with "How to train your dragon". Players who had previously completed the "All registered" task will have the new task completed already.
• Ring of Vigour now works correctly for dragon harpoon.
• The Shayzien Hood item is now accepted by Uri for fortunate tokens.
• Studded bodies and chaps can now be crafted with the correct crafting level.
• Fixed a bug causing server instability with npc on npc combat.
• Fix incorrect frost dragon bones in ge search.
