Construction
Construction is a skill that allows players to build their own houses and add furniture and appliances to them. Players do not need to purchase their house, as each account is automatically setup with one ready to be renovated. You can enter your home using the House Portal south of home.
The Construction skill progresses through the creation of appliances in your house. Therefore, it is important to stock up on the necessary materials. If you are only looking to progress your skill to level 99 through the fastest XP possible, the only materials you will need are Steel nails, planks, oak planks, teak planks, and mahogany planks. If you are interested in house decoration, then many more materials will be required.

Types of Rooms
There are a variety of rooms that can be created to make your POH seem more like a home, but for the sake of skill progression we will only be displaying the rooms that are ideal for level progression from 1-99.
The Parlour can be purchased with 1 construction for 1000 gp. In this room, we will be building and removing chairs. Disclaimer: Be sure that you do not build the Parlour with the fireplace on the same side as your door, as you will be unable to enter.
The Dining Room can be purchased with 10 construction for 5000 gp. In this room, we will be building and removing tables. Disclaimer: Be sure that you do not build the Parlour with the fireplace on the same side as your door, as you will be unable to enter.
