Skotizo is a demonic boss located beneath the Catacombs of Kourend. Players can access Skotizo by using a Dark Totem on the altar found in the center of the Catacombs of Kourend. You can only fight Skotizo one time per Dark Totem used, so grab your totem, gear up and don't waste your instance.

Boss Requirements

  • Dark totem.png 1x Dark Totem.
  • Prayer 43+ Prayer: Protect from Melee.
  • Arclight.png Arclight.
  • Attack 75+ Attack: Arclight.

  • Prayer 95+ Prayer: Turmoil.
