The Dark Totem is an item used to access Skotizo's lair. A dark totem is consumed every time Skotizo's lair is accessed, so players are unable to repeatedly farm the boss without multiple totems. The totem is created by using a Dark Totem Base, Dark Totem Middle, and Dark Totem Top together
