The Toxic blowpipe can be created with a Tanzanite fang, which is a rare drop from Zulrah. This requires 53 Fletching. The Blowpipe scales well with darts and ranged gear, and notably has an attack speed of 2 ticks when set to rapid, making it one of the fastest weapons in the game.
