[[]] As you'll notice there are what we like to call "combo foods". These of which you click (eat) in a certain order and in rapid succession to stay alive when your health points hit a low threshold or if you anticipate a special attack from your opponent.

The order in which you should eat your "combo food" is Rocktail in the instance, could be a shark or manta ray, then Saradomin brew followed by a cooked karambwan. You should almost never die if you perfect this... Unless you get vengeance combo'd at the same time... R.I.P.

At least one teleport also for a quick emergency exit when needed.
