Chambers of Xeric Changes & Fixes

Added Chamber of Xeric practice mode.
- Teleport freely between chambers
- Large storage automatically built and fully stocked
- No rewards or PB times/KCs
- No onyx drops from Tekton
Added a bank chest to CoX lobby, which converts to a deposit box when the raid starts.
Added a prompt when leaving chambers without checking rewards.
Added Chamber completion time tracking, message will appear in chatbox after each chamber and is included on the in-game overlay.
Chambers of Xeric scoreboard PBs reset
Improved Chamber of Xeric leaderboards formatting for teams larger than one to prevent overlap.
Admins can now permanently delete NPCs by examining them.
Added an option to destroy a raid (failsafe) if a player is removed from a CoX raid without leaving gracefully.
Olm will properly play his rising animation when returning from the depths.
Olm will now phase change immediately after both claws are defeated.
Swapped Tekton's Onyx drop for a ruby in practice mode.
Limited kindling addition to 28 at a time for ice demon's braziers, ending a point farming strategy.
Added leaving CoX by climbing any rope in the raid with double confirmation.
Fixed spawning inside a wall when entering CoX.
Fixed an issue where crabs were not attackable due to 0 tick change, now working as intended.

Added scavenger hunt login message to condition.
"You can now vote for Zeah on x toplists" will no longer appear before "Welcome to Zeah" on login.
Increased the healing chance of kitted sang staves (from 1/6 to 1/5).
Disabled Christmas decorations and removed home objects.
Removed Christmas Mystery Box from the store.
Fixed scavenger hunt messages on Discord sending after the end date.
