Mechanics

  • Ancestral Glyph: A moving shield that players must stand behind to avoid Zuk's powerful attacks. The Glyph moves horizontally, and players need to follow it while dealing with additional enemies.
  • JalTok-Jad: Spawns at 480 HP. Requires prayer switching to counter its powerful attacks. Killing these efficiently is crucial.
  • Healers: At 240 HP, Zuk summons healers. Focus on damaging them to prevent Zuk from regenerating health. Prioritize them while staying behind the shield.
  • Shield Movement: The shield moves from side to side. Players must adapt their position constantly while maintaining damage on Zuk and handling adds.

Strategy

  • Positioning: Stay behind the Ancestral Glyph at all times to avoid Zuk's attacks. Move with the shield and be ready to react to additional enemies.
  • Prayer Management: Efficient prayer switching is essential, especially when facing JalTok-Jad and healers. Use protection prayers appropriately to mitigate damage.
  • Focus Fire: When healers appear, switch focus to them immediately while ensuring you are still protected from Zuk’s attacks.
  • DPS Balance: Maintain steady damage on Zuk while managing adds. Utilize gear and potions to maximize your damage output while conserving supplies for the long fight.

Tips

  • Practice: Familiarize yourself with the waves leading up to Zuk to conserve resources for the final fight.
  • Patience: The fight can be long and demanding. Stay calm, manage your resources wisely, and focus on positioning and prayer switching.
