The Amulet of blood fury is created by using a Blood shard on an Amulet of fury. This process can be reverted at any time, returning both the Amulet of fury and the Blood shard.
The main source of Blood shards is by purchasing them from the Reaper store for 1000 Reaper points. One Blood shard can obtained as a reward for completing the Klause's Evisceration Master task. Two more can be obtained as a reward for completing the Vanstrom Klause collection log.
Passive Effect
When dealing melee damage, the amulet grants a passive 20% chance to heal 30% of the damage dealt on any hit. On average, players will heal for roughly 6% of the melee damage they deal.
The Amulet does not consume charges.
