They can be slain at various locations.
This monster does not have a Superior Variant.
They do not require a special item to kill, but Arclight is known to be an effective weapon against them.
If you are assigned them as a slayer task, you can choose to kill Demonic Gorillas, Balfrug Kreeyath, Porazdir, or Skotizo instead.
