The Sanguinesti staff is a powered staff obtained as a rare reward from the Theatre of Blood.
The staff is charged with Blood Runes and has an additional healing effect on its built in spell. Successful hits with the spell have a 1/6 (~16.6%) chance of healing the user half the amount of hitpoints dealt to a target. This means the staff will heal you for around 8% of your damage dealt on average.
