Changes
- Fixed arceuus house rc effect.
- Reduced Morrigans javelin special energy from 65% to 50%.
- Damage from Morrigans javelin bleed to now correctly cap at damage of initial hit of the special.
- Added message for target to be informed of the effect of the Morrigans javelin special.
- Reduced Vesta long sword special energy from 50% to 25% to match Pre-eoc & OSRS.
- Add warning when using previous teleport on nexus if teleport is in the wilderness.
- Added many new bank chests around DZ to improve viability of skilling spots.
- Fixed npc for phoenix pet to be an actual phoenix vice the person phoenix.
- Buffed ganodermic flake amount and drop rate.
