Bird house trapping

Bird house trapping is a Hunter technique that is used to catch birds. With this technique the player sets up bird houses on Fossil Island and fills them with seeds. The player then has to wait around fifty minutes for the bird houses to passively fill with birds.

Catching Birds

Begin with a similar inventory to the sample image using the highest level logs you can.

• Redwood logs can be purchased from players or cut down from Redwood Trees requiring 90+.
• Clockworks can be purchased by Ayleth Beaststalker in the Ironman hub @ ;;ironman in-game.
• Both herb seeds or hop seeds can be used to bait the birds into the birdhouses. These can also be purchased in the Ironman hub @ ;;ironman in-game but this time speak to Head Farmer Jones.

Next, create your birdhouses by using the clockworks on the logs.

After creating your birdhouses, utilize the Teleport Nexus and search "House on the Hill".

After teleporting to the House on the Hill, run north to the Magic Mushtree. After clicking on it, notice the 4 options. Verdant Valley, Sticky Swamp, and Mushroom Meadow are the 3 locations we will be placing the 4 birdhouses. First, select Verdant Valley.

In Verdant Valley, there are two possible traps that you can place highlighted with red boxes on the image below. With the correct items in inventory, all you have to do is click the tile, then click the birdhouse.
